Data minimisation
The Intervention Desk requests only the information required to triage an enterprise enquiry. Briefing notes remain optional and should not contain credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
Security and access
Access to enquiry data should be restricted to authorised personnel, protected by strong authentication, encrypted in transit and at rest, and recorded through auditable access controls.
Retention and requests
Production retention periods, deletion procedures, and privacy request channels must be documented in the final policy and aligned with applicable Australian and international obligations.
